Skindred is a Welsh rock band from Newport. The band was formed in 1998 following the disbandment of vocalist Benji Webbe's previous band, Dub War. Skindred's musical style mixes alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock and reggae. The group refers to this style as "ragga metal".

Them Crooked Vultures is a rock supergroup formed in Los Angeles in 2009 by John Paul Jones, Dave Grohl and Josh Homme. The group also includes guitarist Alain Johannes during live performances. The band began recording in July 2009, and performed their first gig on August 9, 2009 in Chicago, followed by a European debut on August 19. On October 1 the group embarked on a worldwide tour titled Deserve the Future with dates going into 2010. The band's first single "New Fang" was released in October 2009, followed by the group's self-titled debut album the following month, debuting at number 12 on the Billboard 200.

It was released in Japan as a CD/DVD Box. The CD included the complete concert at Brixton as an audio.

Handsome - Handsome

Handsome was a "supergroup" containing former Helmet guitarist Peter Mengede, ex-Quicksand guitarist Tom Capone, Cro-Mags drummer Pete Hines, bassist Eddie Nappi and vocalist Jeremy Chatelain, who also played bass in Jets To Brazil. Handsome released one album, entitled 'Handsome' and produced in Seattle by Terry Date, in 1997 and toured extensively in support of the eponymous record. Tom Capone quit during the final tour, and was replaced by Donni Campion. The band split in 1998.

Fecal Matter was a short-lived band from Aberdeen, Washington, that formed in late 1985. It was the first band conceived by Kurt Cobain, who would become famous as the frontman of the seminal grunge band, Nirvana. The band recorded only one demo tape, Illiteracy Will Prevail, which remains unreleased with the exception of the song "Spank Thru"

Known mostly as the front man for Faith No More, Mike Patton has been involved in many experimental project over his fairly lengthy career.


Fabchannel has filmed a recent concert where he is performing a collection of covers of Italian pop songs from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s with the Metropole Orchestra. He once again flexes his vocal chords in this concert belting out a diverse list of songs is his trademark rock stylings (Urlo Negro) and bringing it down for all the swingers in the house with a few 60’s pop tracks (Deep Down).
I highly recommend you check out this fantastic concert.

Down By Law - 1990 Rare Tape Demos

Down By Law is a punk rock band formed in or around 1990. Frontman Dave Smalley of Dag Nasty fame teamed up with the members of Chemical People for their first album and went through several set changes all around over the years. Starting on Epitaph records with their first self titled LP, DBL continued on Epitaph until "Last of the Sharpshooters" in 1997. A brief stint on Go Kart Records saw the release of "Fly the Flag", and now with their latest release of "Windward Tides and Wayward Sails" in 2003 finds them on Union Label Group.

"1990 Demos" is a rare tape with the original band line-up which was the Chemical People and Dave Smalley.

Sick of It All is an American hardcore punk band, from Queens, New York, formed in 1986. Founded by brothers Lou Koller (vocals) and Pete Koller (guitar), Armand Majidi (drums) and Rich Cipriano (bass). They have been known to be a major part of the New York hardcore scene. The band was formed during the era of the major hardcore decline, when many pioneering hardcore bands including Black Flag and Minor Threat disbanded. Sick of It All are now one of the most popular hardcore bands to date.
